

I believe that every human being has the potential to heal, adapt, recuperate from any circumstance in their life through having a safe and supportive space. I am a psychotherapist with over nine years of training. I graduated from the Silberman School of Social Work in 2013. Post graduate school I practiced in hospital and outpatient psychiatric clinic settings with a diverse clientele of individuals of different ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and professions.
I am a New York and Kansas licensed Clinical Psychologist and provide individual teletherapy for a variety of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, and depression. I have experience treating patients across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, residential facilities, and outpatient clinics. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations.
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care to help clients feel understood, empowered, and hopeful. I work with teens and adults who are navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I believe healing happens best within a safe, supportive relationship, and I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.
